Sixth Form Politics students heard a compelling personal account of the Northern Ireland peace process when the The Rt Revd Lord EAMES visited Kimbolton on Monday (5 March).

Robert, Baron Eames OM, served during the Troubles and Peace Process as Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland (1986-2006). He was a prominent leader in the media and community, and now sits as an active Cross-bencher in the House of Lords.

The talk, which was also open to parents and pupils of all years, was part of our regular Politics Society programme of events.

Later this month, we will be hosting Sir Anthony Seldon, FRHistS, a leading authority on contemporary British history and education, and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buckingham. He has written acclaimed biographies of Prime Ministers Major, Blair and Cameron.
