OK wins French U23 Cross Country Championship
Posted: 13/03/12After a gruelling 7K run in the wind and rain in Roch Sur Yon, France, Katie Good (OK 2009) won the U23 Ladies gold medal in the Championnats de France de Cross-country on the 4th March.

Ex-Cadets Return for Annual CCF Dinner
Posted: 8/03/11Twenty-four former cadets, three former contingent commanders and three former officers joined our CCF's current officers and regular service NCOs at the William Ingram Dinner in early February. They all gathered for Contingent Commander Lt Col Sue Camp's final formal dinner before her retirement this summer.
