Parent Message Centre
In addition to viewing School messages in their Inbox or amongst their phone messages, parents can also view online all of the the messages, texts and forms sent to them in the last 6 months by signing in to our Parent Message Centre
. If you're having trouble signing into your account, please contact us.
We use ClarionCall to communicate with parents in four different ways:
- To email to parents our letters, newsletters and other information.
- To send out forms for parents to complete and submit electronically.
- To send text messages with urgent messages or reminders.
- To record voicemail messages with complex information that cannot be conveyed within the confines of a text message.
In the case of voicemail messages, parents are sent a text asking them to call in to listen to the message. As an example, we used this to convey information to parents about the school during the heavy snow in recent winters. Staff can also record voicemail messages to confirm the arrival times of school parties returning from trips.
To ensure that our emails reach your Inbox, you need to 'whitelist' (or approve) all emails from @myclarioncall.co.uk
have provided guidance on whitelisting on their website
The Kimbolton School Facebook page and Twitter feed are an additional means of communicating with parents. For example, we use them to alert those who 'Like' or 'Follow' us to our latest news stories, photo albums and the publication of next term's online calendar.
