The event, held at Grafham Water, featured fierce competition from the best young windsurfers across the country, with challenging weather conditions throughout the weekend. However, Esme’s skill, determination, and focus saw her rise to the top, adding this victory to her recent success at the Regional Championships, where she also claimed the girls’ title.

By securing the National Champion title, she follows in the footsteps of previous winners, including Olympic bronze medallist Emma Wilson.
Esme’s success marks a significant milestone in her windsurfing journey, and she has proudly taken home a trophy to celebrate this achievement. Her performance is a testament to her dedication and passion for the sport, and the entire Kimbolton School community is incredibly proud of her accomplishments.
