Caspar the Cat Visits 2C
Teacher’s pet inspires pupils work on the book Six Dinner Sid.
Lower Prep pupils welcomed a very special four-pawed visitor to Aragon House this week – Caspar the cat. Mrs Foley brought her popular pet, who is often seen roaming the school grounds, into class 2C to help youngsters with their work on the book Six Dinner Sid.
Much like Caspar, Sid is a black cat who has wrapped everybody round his little paw. He has six owners, lives in six houses and has six dinners a day. Each owner believes that Sid belongs to them only . . . until the day he is found out!
In an enjoyable and memorable lesson, Caspar helped to bring the book to life and inspired pupils to develop their own descriptive writing. Purrfect.
