    Senior School House Cross-Country

    A great turnout for this year's 'Wear it Pink' charity running event.

    This year's Senior School House cross-country, held on a bright October day before half-term, proved to be the usual colourful spectacle with many pupils donating £1 to 'Wear it Pink' - raising £410.40 for the charity Breast Cancer Now.

    As always, it was not just those finishing at the front of the field who helped secure success for their House or Form - every pupil who completed the course, in the allotted time, contributed to the overall results.

    The Ingrams race - with 100% participation from the First Form - was extremely close. Forms 1B and 1D, and 2P and 2D shared first place in their respective standings.

    In the Senior Houses, Owens won the Senior and Middles events, with Balyes finishing second in both. Dawsons and Gibbards shared overall 3rd spot.
