The History and English Masterclass brings the two subjects together in an exciting and innovative way at a level designed to stretch the most enquiring Year 5 pupils.  With Kimbolton Castle being the former home of Katharine of Aragon, our school has a unique historical connection.  The classes take full advantage of this with each session focussing on a particular stage of the Castle’s history and involving associated creative writing or drama.

Masterclasses will run on the following Saturdays and children must be available to attend all 6 sessions within their chosen programme.

When booking, please select whether you wish to attend History & English A or History & English B

Although each session is independent of the others, we expect children to attend all the Masterclasses in the 6 week programme.  There is no charge, but places are limited, and we cannot guarantee a place for every child who applies.
