If you would like your child to attend Kim Club, our before and after school care club, on a regular weekly basis during the term, please complete this booking form.

Should there be occasions when you do not require the booked session, please inform the Prep School office 01480 860281 as soon as possible. Regular bookings not cancelled in advance, may be charged for any unattended sessions.

Please submit a new form for each term.

Children may also attend Kim Club sessions on an ad hoc basis. In these circumstances you should use our Kim Club Occasional Booking Request Form, or alternatively contact the
Preparatory School Office, on 01480 860281 to check availability and confirm dates as appropriate.
