OKA Annual General Meetings

An AGM is held every year, usually in October prior to the OKA Annual Dinner.  All members of the OKA are welcome to attend an AGM and to make suggestions for consideration by the Committee.
For an AGM to go ahead, a quorum of 10 must be present.  Should an AGM not take place, the reason is documented.  The various AGM reports and details of special matters that the Committee wish to bring before the members are outlined below.
