Kimbolton Senior School pupils are celebrating success in the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Olympiad and the British Physics Olympiad. Both annual competitions are designed to challenge and inspire pupils across the UK, testing their knowledge with stimulating questions, helping them to think creatively and develop critical real-world problem-solving skills. 

From almost 12,000 entries in this year’s Chemistry Olympiad, nine of our Upper Sixth Form Chemists received awards, with Fin’s top performance earning him a Gold certificate. Silver awards went to Alex, Harry and Henno, and Bronze to Alya, Bea, Georgie, Hannah, and Max.

In the British Physics Olympiad Intermediate Challenge, for our Fifth Form pupils, Filip was one of just 10% of entrants to receive a Gold award. Silver went to Emma and Sami, with Bronze awards to Aarush, Isabele, Joshua, Lucas, Mia, Reiss, Robert, Tom and Tom.
